TREATMENT/FITNESS PROGRAMME The proposed activity programme will be varied as my subject is currently active and does not wish to participate in any cardiovascular (CV) fitness using the gym CV equipment as she feels her fitness is at a high level due to her weekly running and netball training activities. In order to increase the subject's confidence and make her more relaxed in these surroundings, this prescribed exercise programme consists of a variety of enjoyable activities that do not specifically require attendance to a gym. CONCLUSION The outcome of the prescriptive programme appeared to be successful, although no significant physiological testing results changed between the start and finish of the placement. The subject had noticeably improved on her balance, co-ordination and stability. This she had noticed both in the progression of her proprioception training and also whilst playing netball and jogging. The subject's perception of exercising in a gym had also become more positive.
