Alice's work has come on brilliantly. Her cha-cha has improved at an amazing pace and her points are fantastic. Her timing and pauses are unfaultable and even though her beat counting can be a bit poor, her natural talent at everything else makes up for it but it still needs some work for her to be at a professional level. Alice's dress making skills have been a bit of a let down. Her hemming has been to the lowest standard and I am sure she could do a lot better if she put more effort into her work. Her sequin stitching is rather patchy (literally). Her behaviour is not doing her any favours as I have been forced to issue her with weeks worth of after school detentions previously. Alice needs to personally take a better view on this class as if she doesn't she may fail her S.T.E.P.S and that would be a great shame.

This is one of Alice's classes which she isn't brilliant at but she knows she is capable of doing it to sufficient satisfaction. Her eyeliner skills are completely up to scratch and her blush application is superb. I feel her effort is at the up most and her mind probably feels she is doing her best but she needs a bit of practice before she brings her self up to S.T.E.P.S level.

Alice has a good grasp of the skills needed for time-keeping and piano skills. Her chords are to at an ok stage in her learning and I feel with further education in this subject she could be suited to a job in music for example taking a gap year in the world of music. She can play three instruments; flute, violin and piano and is currently learning the basics of the art of drum playing. Her behaviour is alright, although she can be quite chatty when she wants to be which lets her reputation down. Over all she is a good student and has some good skills to work on.

There is not much I can say about Alice's dancing as it is impeccable in the sense that it is perfect. I feel she made the right decision in taking the long course dance as if she had taken the short course dance we would not have seen her full dancing potential. Yet again this year her effort and behaviour has been to the highest standard- even though I strongly disagree with favouritism I have to admit that Alice is one of the most hardworking pupils in all the years that I teach. What more can I say you can't fault her. Keep it up Alice and some amazing prospects could be coming your way.
