I was walking down the hall of the great mirrors, they were very big and filled the whole of the wall. The Palace was the most beautiful building I have ever seen. I was taking off the saddle when the king came in and shouted as loud as I have anyone shout "What are you doing?". I told him I was just untacking the horse and he burst out laughing, he had a n enormous laugh and all the workers thought it was hilarious. When we got there we danced and went to the market and then went on a lovely sight-view on horses. We came back and had a banquet where everybody was aloud to come and I got to dance with other people. I then went back to France and Marie gave me her horse then went home on it. I had to say I had a wonderful day.
